Highlight Films is Israel's leading production company specializing in documentary, news, current affairs, corporate, and drama productions.
We are not your typical facility house. First and foremost, we are filmmakers. We know that bringing together the best professionals, first rate equipment and years of experience assure a successful production.
After hundreds of productions all over Israel and the Palestinian West Bank, there are very few places we have not filmed in. Each production is added to our database: locations, events, experts, obstacles and the best ways to handle them. We believe in turning problems into assets, and we do it daily by making sure we learn from every new location we visit and every problem we face.
In the beginning of July 2008, we have completed building a fully capable High Definition department. We are the only production company in Israel to have it's own HD camera sets, as well as full editing HD services. Our HD ground and aerial footage is unique; our archive is unique and includes exclusive footage - we have licensed stock footage to customers allover the world, and we continue to do so on a daily basis.
The area we operate in is uniquely complex. It took us many years to learn how to deal with every possible situation, in any given production, and we are happy to share this experience with our customers.
We will never send a news shooter to film a slow, observational documentary film, and will not send a cameraman who works slowly and meticulously to do a quick current affairs report. We are proud to work with the best professionals in our area, and we know who will do what best.
This website is designed to say who we are, what we did and what we are able to do. We are always looking for new challenges, and our steadily increasing client-base proves that such new challenges are usually handled well. But this website, or any website, is not enough for a filmmaker planning a shoot in a foreign country. Technology aside, in our business the human contact is of utmost importance.
